DH does the cooking. He does not do anything with red meat except for a very occasional brisket, mayonnaise, liver, or beets, all of which were common in my parents' home when I was growing up and all of which I enjoy.

What do you make gluten free sourdough bread with?

I use wheat flour. It breaks down the wheat enough that I can tolerate it ok. I do a slow ferment with an airlock so it has more time to break down.

Waiting for someone to answer.

I'm wondering if everyone is still basing it on a few years ago when they had MSG, nowadays most are made out of only natural ingredients so I don't see it different than using other spices and flavorings?

Can you please post the ingredients? Curious if it really is all natural. Thanx!

We use pretty much everything listed above 🥴
Msg, margarine, soda sparingly. But it is definitely not banned in our house.
The only thing banned is fish. Oooh the smell! Luckily DH hates it too

The msg myth has been debunked for awhile already. Surprised so many people still exclude it from their diet. It has no health benefit but also not associated with any detriment.
