I wasn't sure what forum this goes under.
I want to make desserts ahead, how far im advance can smores desserts be made (cookies, pies, brownies etc)?
Also open to other smores like dessert ideas.

I dont see why smores pie cant be prepared & frozen till needed. Its just pie crust, broken choc bar, marshmallow & cookie dough
Just defrost before baking, I guess
Never tried it, but what can go wrong?

I don't know. I thought the melted marshmallow wont be melty after it's frozen. Looks like I'm mistaken and it will be fine 
Is there a special way to defrost?
