I work very part time a few evenings a week. But when I get home at night it takes me forever to get to bed. I linger around, waste time, and then go to bed so late. I think I just need to wind down in a more structured way and get to bed on time. In general I move more slowly when I’m tired, but when I’m home all evening it’s just easier to get into bed earlier. Anyone here work at night and have any advice?

I’ve started painting while listening to music or a podcast. Even just 15 minutes makes me feel more relaxed.

Other nights I fold laundry while listening to something. Not as relaxing but it works 😆

I usually turn off all screens at ten pm. (Obv not tonight...) put on Pjs, read, color, listen to music. Lights off at 11.
