I've been using the Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo for my 2 year old since he was born. Recently I've noticed that no matter how often I brush his hair, the back is always a tangled knotty mess.
What shampoo would you recommend for toddler use? It would have to be one that would not irritate his eyes as he is not very cooperative in the bath lol. Also, he has more sensitive skin as well...

You need conditioner to Smoothe and detangle. Shampoo only cleans the hair

Get a leave-in detangling spray, and focus on the areas that are the worst.
