Help me out here
My mother does not remember how to make it.
She did say she put black pepper, salt, ketchup and onion but doesn’t remember what else or how long to bake it in the oven
I tried googling it but there’s just so many recipes so I just wanna hear from the imas who have the perfect juicy meatloaf recipe that’s easy to make.
Don’t have fancy stuff just ketchup and the ground beef. I do have spices tho

1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
Roll into a loaf. Optionally, glaze with a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar and black pepper. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour.
