Help help help I'm falling apart. My 18 month old wakes up between 4.30-5!!!!
I've tried so many things. Letting her nap earlier, later, one nap, two etc
Her room is dark...
Any magical tricks for a very very tired mommy;) ?

That is really difficult.
How long has it been going on for? What do you do when she wakes up? When is her first nap in the morning after that?

More info needed. When does she go to bed? Does she seem hungry when she wakes up? Etc.

I had this with my 3 year old. Dr advised me to do Benadryl just to get him used to waking up later and then to slowly wean him off. It worked great but only for 6 hours so I used to get up between 12 - 1 am to give it to him in his sleep. He didn’t wake up from it he would take it and go back to sleep. After about a week or 2, I started weaning him off.
Ask your Dr.

Thank you
She naps around 11 for a bit over an hour and she goes to sleep at 6. I've tried putting her to sleep at 7 and 8 but makes no difference. She is not hungry or thirsty when she wakes up. She screams and screams the second she wakes up

Thats a full night of sleep.
Thats 10.5- 11 hours of sleep thats plenty.
From 6 - 4:30 or even 5 is a full night of sleep.!
My baby sleeps from 8:30- 7 and that
I consider a full night of sleep too.
Its 10.5 hours.

Feed before 4:30, so toddler doesn't wake up. Like at 3:00, at least you get up beforehand. Also change the diaper, maybe it's getting too full and can also bother the baby.
