Are you drinking enough water? My weight doesn't move if I'm not drinking 100+ ounces of water per day.

I agree with keto. I lost 70 lbs BH. I don’t do it strictly, meaning I stopped weighing and measuring, and just eat all proteins, healthy fats (avocados, olive oil, etc) plus all veggies (not potatoes), no sugar, bread, rice, pasta, etc and it’s been a miracle for me! This is the only food plan that kills cravings and hunger!
