Looking for recommendations for teeth whitening in Brooklyn. I have always been self conscious abt my teeth and recently decided to really invest in taking care of them. Thanks for any help!

Hi
I'm wandering what info you got in the end? Did you end up pursuing something?
p.s. pardon my ignorance but I'm relatively new to imamother and I was wandering what does "OP" stand for when posting anonymously?
Also - do u know of there's a way to PM someone who posts anonymously?
Thank you!

Ended up getting trays from my dentist. Cost is approx $500 and you can just keep buying gel and reusing the trays.
As to your other questions:
Op=original poster
No, you can’t private message anyone who posts anonymously.

Thank you for your response to all my questions:)
Was the whitening that you did called Zoom Whitening - in office?
Or was it all "at home"?
Do you recommend?

I ended up doing a whitening at my dentist office, not zoom, and it made them very white, but didn’t really last. My dentist says that he recommends that if someone wants results fast, for a Simcha, for example. For longer term use and results he recommends these trays. They make a mold of your mouth and then you put the gel into the mold and wear them for a little while each day (I use it while I shower, so about 10 min), however often you want to.

are these better than the whitening strips they sell in the pharmacy? I know those give you a jittery feeling....how are the trays? any other cheaper option out there?
