My babies all get it at a month or so. It lasts a few weeks and then goes away on its own.

Sorry, there's nothing to do 
Keep baby's face clean, don't use any moisturizers or anything like that though

Put on baby oil. Let it sit, then it will most likely slide off with a soft comb.

Comb my baby's face? I'm talking about acne, as in pimples.
Are you talking about cradle cap?

I found it got worse when baby’s face was constantly wet from spit up etc. when I put on aquaphor the acne and redness was way better!

With my daughter, it changed constantly! One minute there would be a ton, an hour from then only a little bit, the next day a moderate amount...
If this is a health concern, it's healthy, and shouldn't last beyond the newborn months.
If this is an aesthetic concern, take pics anyway, you'll look back and remember.
