I always eat very healthy. I eat healthy when I am pregnant and when I am not pregnant. I tend to gain weight when baby is a few months old. I exercise daily as well. Thyroid levels are good Bh. Can it be the birth control pill? Any tips? In fact I can eat so healthy and exercise and can see the numbers on the scale going up… very very frustrating!

You can be eating healthy but consuming too many calories.
Healthy food does not = weight loss
Calorie deficit = weight loss.

I am definitely eating low calorie as well.
Minimizing carbs as well.
Daily sample- omelette with 1 egg and 1 white and One slice WW bread and coffee little sugar.
Diet cheesesnack or string cheese or Shani taub muffin and coffee, once in while a salad or tuna wrap
Protein and lots of salad for dinner with maybe just a bit of carb sometimes none.
I don’t eat past 8pm either

Interesting. Sounds like you aren't consuming so many calories.
What helped me was to get the (free) MyfitnessPal app. I logged the calories, it's gives you amounts for all different foods including Jewish cultural foods.
It gave me a better picture. I now don't log and still losing. I kind of know by heart and look at packages.

Maybe you're not eating enough food. And your body is in starvation mode.
