Costco had a great mango sorbet recipe in this month's magazine...

2 mangos, peeled, pit removed
1/4 c orange juice
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c honey (optional depending on sweetness of mango)
Pinch of salt
Mint sprigs for garnish

Line freezer safe dish such as a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into lined container and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with mint. Serves 6.

Looks good to me... for dessert after Shabbos lunch.

Recipe?

saute diced onion with garlic and fresh ginger
add in diced tomato, and chopped green apple and mango (I put everything in immersion blender and pulse it a few times bc im too lazy to chop).

saute your spices: I use curry powder, and then add a ton more like salt, paprika, tumeric, cardamon, some cumin

add ur chicken pieces (no skin) and saute for a bit

add 1 can coconut milk

cook until chicken is done, maybe 45 mins on low?

you may need to add water.
towards the end ill add diced potato, cauliflower and peas. yum!

and then I put coriander at the end
