Adult.
pre-diabetic
IBD
insomnia
low thyroid
Have been doing some energy work with various practitioners but I need someone to be on top of bloodwork. The only conventional medication I use is thyroid. I recently lowered it myself because insomnia was out of control. Seems to be helping. But it's not ideal to be doing this on my own!
And all the muscle testing people don't want to deal with meds (not to be accused of practicing medicine w/o a license etc). All they will say is you need to test & speak to a doctor.

Someone mentioned Atlantic Medicine & Wellness in Wall. They have doctors, DOs, DCs, nutritionist etc.
The lady who told me mentioned Dr. Berkovitch.
If anyone uses them I'd love to hear more.
