There is a platform at the top. So you leave your bed area, go down some stairs and then there are a few rooms - a bathroom and then a middle room that has the champagne glass top in its floor. The problem is that if you are afraid of heights then you don’t want to look down.

I was at Pocono Palace recently for one night. My room had in indoor pool but it was about the size of a mikva... was nice and clean tho.

I'm sure it's built very securely, I was just interested in the engineering that kept it upright and anchored. Thanks for the description.
(I can't imagine in a million years I'd ever have the reason or chance to go there.)

I was there pocono palace about 2yrs ago they gave me the key to a wrong room I walk in on a couple as a curtesy they offered me a free addittional night but was to run down to stay another night

The places that posters are discussing seem to have hot tubs or Jacuzzis in the room, not pools.
If so, I can suggest the hotel we stayed at, which had a jacuzzi in the room
