Looking for interesting activities near upper galil/golan.
Can be outdoors, but not extra strenuous or long.

Wine tasting in the Golan.

Tzippori - a lovely historic site, was the center of Jewish life in EY for a few hundreds years. Not too strenuous a walk.

Tzfat, specifically, touring the Old City and artist's colony.

The Kinneret. Could go to the beach, do a cookout, or just go to a kosher restaurant on the water and enjoy the view.

There's ice skating in Metula.

There are tons of hikes at various levels of difficulty.

And any of the usual things - bowling, movies, shopping, restaurants, etc.
