Swimming pool in Far Rockaway...Sfat Yam????

Does anyone have any information or a phone number I can call to find out. I know there used to be a pool there during the summertime. I would love to go this sunday.

I searched it on google maps and found it. Its only open for men.

The pool is only open for men?? I was there last year they had two pools one for men and one for women I'll have to check it out cause was planning to go.

Does anyone know if there’s public transportation from Brooklyn (kensington) to that area?
Any shuttle or private busses going there?

to answer your other question about a shuttle, there's none that I know about but definitely call the number on the ad, she would know.

good luck! I know something about long summers too, so anything that makes it more enjoyable is very welcome.

If we have enough pple from Brooklyn that are interested, perhaps a shuttle can be arranged amongst ourselves.
