I'm looking to buy a cheap but durable dinette set that's updated and looking current.
I'm clueless in this. Of you're good or knowledgeable in interior decor, can you please post a link to a nice set?
I need it to seat 6 or 8.

Thanksfor taking the time to respond. I would so much appreciate a link to the chairs she bought with it.
What color are her chairs?

She has these https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/m.....9527/ but I’m sure you can do anything else. This table is in her summer home so she wanted practical inexpensive chairs that she can have a lot of and they stack nicely in a corner .

I don’t think it’s that price as it’s paired with 6 chairs, it was just the first link I found https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/s.....9264/ here it is for $499

Is the top of this table durable and washes easily in case someone let's say ate a sandwich directly on it? Il

One tip: If you want it to last and continue to look nice I suggest making sure whatever you get is either real wood or some other material and not particle board.

I have this table. I purchased it without the chairs: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/s.....9264/
It has held up well. We have had it for over 2 years now. I like the look of it. Two things to consider though: There is a piece of wood going across the leg area at both end seats. I do not mind this at all but someone who is a bit taller may find that annoying. Also crumbs tend to go into the crack in the middle of the table (not such a big deal just something you need to clean out every once in a while). Otherwise it's a very cool table. I'm happy with the purchase.

I got a dining room table for great price recently at Raymond and Flanagan. Real solid wood. They have other options for dinette table also. For $40 you can purchase a 5 year warranty to fix anything that may happen to it.

Where are you located? I'm looking to give away a glass dinette table (originally purchased in katz's furniture) in used but very good condition in lakewood. Chairs not included

Thanks for your offer. I want something very current. If yours is used, it's probably somewhat outdated.
