Is it heated? Do you fill up during the week for that price?

It’s not heated but the sun keeps the water nice and warm most of the summer. I usually fill up
Prime hours - late afternoon when the kids are home. During the day is spotty since it’s usually only adults coming. I don’t take decamps as I don’t want the mess and don’t want them to wreck my property. I only take small groups.

Just warning you op.. renting out pools is a huge headache. People are rude and obnoxious and think that because they are paying you, they can be nasty. Did it one summer and now only rent to people I know. Would never join a pool chat again.

Most home owner insurances do not allie renting.

Swimply provides large insurance coverage.

It’s a huge liability to rent - and illegal in many areas - but ppl do it anyways and really no one cares.

I can see why the renter doesn't care, but shouldn't the pool owner?

Because it's cash money coming in, plenty of people look over the semantics and laws when they can get decent amount of money

Thanks! Swimply takes a percentage, which I rather not have to pay

It might still be worth it if you can get a higher price.

A big bonus with Swimply is that they carry insurance!

do you have a bathroom by the pool?

I have a pool . I have no plan to rent it out. I dont want anyone in my home using the bathroom, and I certainly dont want them using the pool to do their business.
I will reconsider if/when I make a bathroom by the pool. and would only do it with swimply for the insurance. I also dont want to be bogged down with phone calls about the pool. On the app, you can just put what hours its available and it is all taken care of online.
