DD has to bring in a nosh that has to do with something they learned in 2nd grade math. She went shopping with dh and came back with green taffies.
Now it’s my job to connect it ...

the examples teachers give when doing math examples is usually "I have 5 apples and 2 oranges...." so you can write a short something based on that
