My daughter is going to seminary. My husband purchased a ticket for her that says her first name (let’s call her Sara), and her passport says Sara Miriam (again, fake name). Is this a problem, and if so, how do I fix it?

You can call elal customer support, its not easy to reach them but when you do they're quite helpful.

I would call and update because it has to match the name on the passport, otherwise you'll have issues during check-in since this is an international flight.
I had that once with one of my kids that the ticket was only issued in her first name, and I had to have it changed. Easier to do it now, then when trying to check in.
