I've been reading through all the posts in this forum, and I am so confused. I don't even know how to begin.
I was always very skinny, as a teen and single adult. I never dieted a day in my life.
Now I just had my second baby and about 30 lbs above my ideal weight.
I have no clue how to lose it.
Should I try weight watchers? Keto? Interment fasting? Heeellllppp......
ETA: My baby 4mths.
Also, I try to exercise every night on treadmill.

Start with simply eating a healthy, balanced diet and doing moderate exercise. Wait a few more months. It can take time to heal and recover postpartum. If your weight doesn't go back, consider a weight loss program then.

First of all get a blood test
Cholesterol
Glucose
A1C - super important
Thyroid- if you think this is the cause
I would start with weight watchers since it’s the least restrictive, even though I’m not a fan
Personally I do a very strict plan but that is what works for me
Walking is very important.
Even if you need to go around the Shabbat table 100x
Let them know if you are breastfeeding

After my first child, I did not lose the weight. Didn't care because I was skinny enough.
But now the additional weight gain from this pregnancy on top of my first is really adding up.
Also my baby had a very high birth weight, which caused complicated labor and delivery, because I was very sick during pregnancy, ate terribly (carbs day and night).
I really would like to get back to my ideal weight before considering getting pregnant again, I do not want to have this story again.
I do exercise. I just don't know how to diet. How do I count calories.

Count your calories.
If you're nursing, check with your Dr.
