My 15 month old is a picky eater and basically eats the same things every day. I'm looking for more healthy foods to add to her diet. She doesn't eat dairy or nuts. Preferably things that don't take too much time to prepare and/or can be made in advance.

She usually has avocado for breakfast, banana for lunch and chicken cutlets for dinner. I'd also love to have something healthy that she can snack on between meals.

What else can I try with her that's healthy and easy?

Thanks.

My babies loved sweet potatoes. You can bake one and serve it hot or cold. They also liked that if it's cubed rather than mashed they can feed themselves (or try to Wink). Baked apples are another possibility. Believe it or not, they also liked cubed tofu, straight out of the tub.

Oatmeal (we use baby oatmeal just because it's faster to prepare)

Microwaved frozen veggies (Or still frozen when teething)

Dried fruit slices.

Sliced hard boiled eggs

very similar situation my son eats avocado, mashed eggs with salt and oil, peanut butter sandwiches, yogurt and Gerber baby oatmeal with applesauce.
you can try fruit like watermelon but it makes a big mess, I also give frozen blueberries (while frozen) he likes that's too. not suck healthy snacks I give orig flavor flutes and corn pops
one day I made roasted paper my son loved it
also sweet potatoes I made half circles sprayed it with olive oil drizzled a drop of honey and sprinkled cinnamon first baked covered then uncovered so it got tangy, it taste really good (I made it for adults but he loved it, its like a candy...)
why dont you do dairy? you can give yogurt and shredded cheese on her tray
