Anyone know a nail salon open till 10 pm in flatbush? Or early am like 830 or 9?
I have to go to mikva monday night and I need nails done b4 930 event Tuesday am

There are people who come to the house maybe you can offer to drive them home after as it will be extremely late by the time you get home given the zman these days. Another option is to get a manicure without polish before the mikvah since you need to cut and clean anyway but this way will be done professionally and evenly and buy a nice Polish and just paint your nails yourself for the morning event.

Nobody is open that late. You might want to have a thread title for a salon that opens really early in the morning.
