My wine bottle has some greyish spots on the bottom. How in the world do I clean it???????

Add very hot water and baking soda and allow to soak. Use a bottle brush to scub off the stains.

I'm assuming it's a decanter or similar, where the bottle gets reused.

If you have no denture tablets, first pour in some plain vinegar, let soak a while, then swirl around and dump put. Then if that doesn't do the trick, pour in some raw rice or crushed eggshells and a drop of dishwashing liquid and an inch or so of water. Swirl vigorously, dump out the contents, rinse, repeat if needed.
