I had Corona last year April and I lost my smell, here and there I smell something terrible throughout the day even if nothing is cooking, the smell varies from day to day. Anyone knows why it happens on some days and some days I'm fine? And how do I get rid of it????

Phantosmia/parosmia is a common post COVID symptom. It happens when individual smell receptors "wake up" a little wonky. That's why it's on and off, when a smell receptor goes back to normal you sometimes have a break before the next one activates. The bad news is there is basically nothing you can do about it. The good news is it's a sign your sense of smell is healing.
