Hi, does anyone know where we can donate in Flatbush/Boro Park extra perishables that we get from Food Boxes such as milk and such? Thank you!

There’s a table set up every day outside on East 34th street between Ave N and Ave P where you can drop off your extra food and others can come and take

Thanks! Even for milk and perishables, won't it get spoiled in the sun?

I.dont think you can put perishables on that table. But you can ask the people who run it if they know someone who can use. And there are whatsapp groups to offer food.

Where I am people leave their milk in the hallway till it spoils.
I save it and do milkshakes or yogurt but there is so much.

Reach out to some older couples without young kids and see if they can use it. I bring our extra to my parents who don’t get boxes, or they get from their neighbors who have extra.

where are people in Flatbush getting boxes?
We haven't gotten this whole year,
I would take depending on what things are being given away.
Thank You
