I have no more internal phone storage. I deleted all my apps. How can I get more storage without deleting all my pictures and videos?

Does your phone have the option to put a micro SD card in it? If so you can transfer your pictures to there. Other option is to back up your pictures to the cloud and/or another source and delete them from your phone.

Agree that getting an SD card is the best way to go.
For the short term, you can also delete all unnecessary WhatsApp photos, and clear your cache on space gobbling apps.

If you have no SD slot, you can back up your images to a cloud like google photos, and then remove them from your phone

From experience it usually means your phone needs an update. I also tried deleting apps and pics etc, it helps minimally but never enough until I updated my iPhone.

My phone would not update until I got rid of my photos.
