So who is this variant targeting in Europe? Are those vaccinated protected?

Short answer, yes. And if you do get it, extremely unlikely you will have a severe case.

One of the Jewish news outlets reported that 30 - 50% of the new cases in Israel of the delta variant were vaccinated. I think pfizwr isn't holding up well but moderna is supposed to be better. It didn't comment of those vaccinated can transmit the virus to others.

This guy is legit, although he does post on youtube. He is not antivax in the slightest and his teenaged daughter got the vaccine.

I just checked in Hebrew and found one source that said the Pfizer-BioNTech is 90-95% effective against the Delta variant and another that said that 75% of the seriously ill were not vaccinated.

These were hospital directors/ doctors who said it.

I would link or paste but it's all in Hebrew and I'm not up to translating ATM.

I'd appreciate it if all of you who claim the vaccine is so ineffective were to give links to your alleged sources. Here is an article published by the Davidson Institute saying the vaccine is highly effective, and though it is less effective against the Delta variant compared to the Alpha variant (88% compared to 94%), it is however still very effective when it comes to avoiding severe cases that require hospitalization (95% effective).

According to this article the pfizer vaccine has a 64% protection rate against the delta variant. I will assume that as it spreads more that number will get even lower.

I've previously had covid, have been vaccinated. Now my husband and I have rough colds, and my 4 year old as well with a fever, her 3rd cold/virus in about a month and half's time. No known exposure to covid. Any chance it can be this strain?
