Wild rice has tons of protein in it (not brown rice, that's different.) I also eat all the above listed things. It's actually pretty easy:

What you can't eat: Meat and chicken

What you can eat: Everything else that's kosher.

I don't eat fish or beans.
I eat omelets with bread and veggies one night, pizza another night, and then rotate. If I'm not lazy I'll make a spinach dish or something.

Eggs in different forms
Yogurt, cheese,
milk based smoothies especially if you add stuff that has protein
Salmon can be prepared in a million different ways
And of course all kinds of bean dishes

Salad topped with any of these, chic peas, nuts, seeds, cheese, lox.
Anything baked from almond flour or peanut butter, like peanut butter cheese cake or smoothie made from peanut butter
Yogurt fruit smoothies or yogurt topped with fruit & granola.
Falafel pizza
Sushi made salmon or lox/ even more filling with brown rice
Tuna melts
Tuna/veggie salad mixed
Tuna patties

Tofu stirfry, vegetarian fried rice made with brown rice (add an additional egg per person since you're not adding chicken as well), mujadara made with brown rice, hearty bean soup with some sort of special bread (we love cornbread), vegetarian chili....and yes, pizza.
