I was recently somewhere and was served what I think was tilapia served on a bed of broccoli and over the whole
Dish was a really good tomato based sauce that had roasted tomato and chick peas in it.
The fish was definitley cooked in the sauce the broccoli I imagine was roasted separately and the fish placed on top of it jsut before serving
Anyone have an idea what I am talking about and have a recipe to share?
