Hi! Looking for a SM in jlem- my SIL lives in ramot but she doesnt mind going around bh we have a car.

Looking to do the following:
cut
resize the cap (make bigger)
sew in a new lining

Pretty standard stuff.
Whats the going rate on average for something like this?
