Please post recipes made with cream cheese and/or farmer cheese - mainly for lunch or dinner, but also for breakfast and dessert.
Nothing very complicated, please.

ED ASNER’S COTTAGE CHEESE & NOODLE KUGEL
1 package (12 oz.) egg noodles
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 carton (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Boil noodles. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, cottage cheese, sour cream and butter until smooth.
Pour over noodles and fold in pineapple.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle top of kugel.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour (at 325 if using Pyrex).
Serve with sour cream and sliced strawberries, or pureed fruit, or jam.
Serves 8 to 10 (or more if served as side dish).

Farmers cheese
Spinach Lasagna - KBD (oven to table - no boiling pasta)
• 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach OR 2/3 of a 16 oz. pkg, defrosted and squeezed dry of liquid
• 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese, ricotta or farmers cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• black pepper
• 2 (8 oz.) bags shredded pizza cheese, divided in half
• 1 (26 oz.) jar marinara sauce
• 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
• 1 cup water
Combine spinach, soft cheese, egg, oregano, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese.
Grease a 9x13 pan. Ladle a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Lay 3 noodles, half of the spinach/cheese mixture, and a layer of marinara sauce.
Top with 3 noodles, the rest of the spinach/cheese mixture, and a layer of marinara sauce.
Add 3 more noodles, a layer of marinara sauce, and top with the remaining shreddedcheese.
Pour water around the sides.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes in oven preheated to 350.
Then uncover and bake 30-40 minutes longer. Cheese will be melted and bubbly.

Dangerous! If you ask me, once you have a proper milchig sweet lukshen kugel, it's hard to go back to the dull Shabbos ones.
