since I was very fatigued with covid I went onto birth control,the copper iud,since getting it I started having brain fog kind of dizziness ,in confused because I googled copper iud can cause these symptoms too,now I'm confused and considering removing my iud,but covid also has these symptoms,anyone experienced such?

Did you test positive for covid? It so, fatigue and brain fog are classic covid symptoms

I did test positive, but my dizziness started after getting the iud and because I was so fatigue I want back onto the iud copper bc,
I did research and found that iud copper side effects has similar symptoms as covid including dizziness,so I'm confused, and not sure what's causing me to feel so.

I've read that long covid is associated with Epstein-Barr virus, maybe get checked for that
