I heard they have great restaurants. Can anyone give a summary of them?
Also, is there anywhere to go walk along the beach that is not full of swimmers/non tznius women?

The Chocolate Soda is a great place to eat. Clean, great service.
As far as tznius, the beach is generally like any other beach.

Butcher’s cut- higher end
All fleishig
Not aware of tznius places but today is probably cold ish

Sage is a great dairy restaurant- nicer.
Crispy grill is really good and great for kids
There is also a chinese place in the crispy grill parking lot.
There is urban pops there too.
Slices pizza is amazing.
30 minutes away in either direction is point pleasant which has arcades and mini golf. Lakewood is 30 minutes the other way. We also enjoy driving around looking at the massive houses in the deal area particularly right off the beach
If you want to spend money I hear the ocean place resort is beautiful

We went to Deal a bunch of years ago. We asked a local where to eat and the local said “Chocolate Soda.” We didn’t like the food. It must be a local iconic place or something. Next time IY”H I will try somewhere else.
