Something similar...
I’d like to make one, but don’t like to patchka around with separating eggs etc.
I’d prefer to “hack” the recipe by using Duncan Hines yellow cake or chocolate...?? Is that a bad idea? Have you ever tried this?
Also, I imagine the Duncan Hines/pillsbury frosting is not great tasting.... do you have any good recipes?

Sorry, I don't have helpful advice other than there was recently a thread about using cake mix instead of making a full cake....
