My kids would like to bake lotus cupcakes. We googled some recipes but would rather make a recipe that’s tried and true. Have you ever made Lotus cupcakes with Lotus cream atop them?

try lotus blondies from DinnerDone and make them in cupcake holders instead of 9*13

Thanks for the tip! Are blondies supposed to be thicker, like fudgier -more than cupcake texture?
