I like planning these out so the day can go a tiny bit smoother. It’s also the one day I let go of trying to serve healthy food only and make sure every meal has foods everyone likes. I also try for it to be stuff they can mostly serve themselves. I prepare plates/bowls/cups/cutlery on the counter.
I’ll share mine:
Breakfast
Cream cheese bagels
Yogurt
Snack from the bin
Lunch
Pancakes
Leftover fruit from shalosh suedas
Dinner
Baguette
Hard boiled or scrambled Eggs depending on how I’m feeling (will have hard boiled in the fridge)
Easy vegetables if they want (cherry tomatoes, Persian cucumbers they can eat whole, baby carrots)
Fruit if they want
And that’s it, hope everyone has a great fast and that moshiach comes ASAP.
