I love this recipe! I double it and freeze 1.
1 lb farmer’s cheese
2 eggs
3/4 Cup Sugar
1.5 Tbs Vanilla Sugar
Crust
Bag Ostreichers lemon or choc chip cookies
Stick butter
Crush cookies and combine with melted butter. Reserve half for topping.
Combine cheesecake ingredients, beating after each addition
Assemble half crumbs in 8” round deep pan. Add cheesecake, sprinkle bit of cinnamon and top with remaining crumbs.
Bake 350 for an hour
