I just bought the taking cara baby course after trying many diff things.
Now after reading the CIO thread, I’m so nervous about implementing it as I really don’t like leaving my baby to cry for longer than abt 5 minutes.

Is leaving 9 month old to cry for max 10 min really bad? FTM here….
