I found a decent looking service for 8 mikasa china for $100. I'd like to purchase for pesach.

is that considered a really good price? I am specifically looking for something that's nice (not corelle...) and cheap since its only for a week's use once a year...

If you want to spend really cheap go to Walmart and get their brand. That’s what I did & bH were very happy with them!

I think that is a very good price.
My regular dishes are Mikasa (from Macys), service of 8/set of 40 was more.

$100 for a service of 8 is cheap. I think Mikasa is supposed to be a good brand.
