Just realized I’m out of potatoes, and was going to make roast with potatoes in one pan, but I have a few cans of potatoes that I never tried... can I use those instead and cook them for really long with a roast? Thanks!

They're mostly cooked but need to be seasoned and roasted in order to get any taste out of them.
