Just took it.
I’ll update later.
It’s really gross to put it in- for now that’s all I can say.
Last year I felt very good for many hours after I took it.
I’ll give you an update soon.

I’m updating-
I’m doing well.
I’m hungry but I’m not collapsing.
I tend to get very bad headaches sometimes and so far I’m good.
Last year I took it when I was feeling weak and had a headache and suddenly felt totally fine.
This year I was feeling okay when I took it but I’m assuming it kept me feeling good and not getting any worse as the day progresses.
I’m not able to sleep but that often happens to me. I do usually want to nap when I’m fasting. I’ve been laying in bed for a few hours but can’t sleep…
That’s okay… I’ll sleep tonight
