Warm crusty baguettes, French omelets, leafy salad, vegetable soup.
Marble cake and OJ (for those that want - I find these make me feel worse).

I am baking the reverse marble cake from balebustas choice 3

We’ll also have a choice of zucchini broccoli soup, baked ziti, baguettes, eggs, yogurt, and whatever else is in the fridge/freezer

French Omelets
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
pinch pepper

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Heat a greased non-stick frying pan. Pour half of the egg mixture into the hot pan. As edges set, carefully pushed cooked portions at edges toward center so uncooked portions flow to bottom. Tilt as necessary so uncooked eggs can set.
While top is still moist, fill with sauteed vegetables. With spatula, fold in half or roll. Turn out onto plate.
Repeat with second half of egg mixture to make second omelet.

My leftovers are mostly Flaishig. That won’t work here.
My teenager is busy in the kitchen with her little sister. I hope I won’t regret this, but the house does smell good!
