Can one shower tonight? Or do I have to wait till tomorrow afternoon?
It's been a long fast and I have a pounding headache now, I could really use a hot shower

It's like a 9 days shower. Just got out.
If you are not feeling well, there may be further leniency. Feel good.

It might be different if you are using the shower for your headache, which I do sometimes, versus an enjoyable shower and/or to clean your body. I wonder what the answer would be….

I asked this question of showering tonight. This is the question I asked: "Am I allowed to take a 9 days type shower tonight? After tisha b'av is over..." And the answer given is: "Yes. Unless you can wait until tomorrow afternoon." I specifically asked about 9 days type shower because I remembered hearing something to that effect in the past. If anyone has anything to add, please do.

If you’re doing it for your headache, you may take a hot shower
