children's butterfly tights are very comfy, fidenzee and melas are not bad either.

You can cut out the crotch of any tights if that's what bothers you. (Yeast infections and the like.)
I find wearing a light shaper helps with soreness in the thigh area.
I guess it's better than the girdles and thigh highs they wore 20 years ago. |

Wear Jockey slip shorts under your tights. They're super comfortable and the tights won't be touching your skin.

Are your legs fully shaved/waxed? sometimes the tights together with hairy legs may create an uncomfortable sensation. Could that be the issue?
