I'm looking to make some extra cash and recently started selling online through ebay and Poshmark. I have about 50 items. Recently my sales have been a bit slow. I was wondering if I should buy more items and open an Ebay store. I don't have much extra money so I dont want this to be a total failure and lose more money. I watch a ton of videos on YouTube so I know which brands to buy. Im just a but nervous to put more momey into this. Please advise.

Can you please elaborate? Are they the same as eBay? Better? More sales in this site?

I want to sell hundreds of used clothes.

Where have you seen more success? Ebay or Poshmark?

I sell on poshmark, Mercari and ebay. I do best with Poshmark.
Mercari only charges 10% so I cross list on all platforms, but Poshmark sells better for me.
I would advise that you go slowly to see what sells for you and what doesn't, and which platforms work best.
Women's and men's clothing sell better than kids. Certain brand names sell better than others etc.

I’ve bought a lot of clothing on Poshmark. I’ll scroll midi dresses, maxi dresses, skirts, etc, and like the things I like. Half the time the seller will offer me a discount, and I’ll counteroffer lower. I have no idea how profitable it is though!

It’s not that profitable as a seller even for items that are NWT.
