Do you have any work experience?
Generally, you can find an office job as a medical or legal secretary that pays a lot more than a general administrative assistant but you usually need at least a couple years of experience.

You also might want to mention where you are located. I know a couple places in new jerseys that could use a part time bookkeeper. But if you're not nearby it prob isn't worth the commute
