DD going to seminary in Israel. Seminary says either they get the vaccine, or they have proof of a positive PCR test. She has the PCR test and had very low antibodies last January. I heard that they test them for antibodies in Israel and will send them home if there are none. Can anyone verify this information? Does it pertain to students? Or only tourists?

This is what I was told as well. Not as a seminary requirement, but an Israeli government requirement.
Sorry reread. I just heard they had to quarantine without antibodies. But can’t enter without a positive PCR or a vaccine card.
