The rules of bidud.
How long its for? How do we officially get out of it?
How long do children have to be in bidud for?
We did a PCR test when we landed, do we have to do another to get out of bidud?
I tried checking online but im hearing conflicting info.
also, if we landed wednesday, is wednesday considered day 1 of isolation?
thanks

Unless you have a serology test done with positive results, you must stay in bidud for a full 7 days from landing. You are supposed to be isolated in a predetermined location. You would also need a negative pcr to leave bidud if you do the full week.

Okay, so you are not an Israeli returning from a trip abroad.
I believe you signed an affidavit as part of the documentation you needed to get your entry permit. The rules regarding bidud should have been written there, no?
Once you submit all the tests to the Ministry of |Health, you should get a "get out of bidud" letter from them by email. You can call the Ministry of Health at *5400 if you have any questions.

Offical rules of bidud:
Technically a full 7 days. So if you land on Wednesday at 1 pm your bidud ends the next Wednesday at 1 pm.
You must be in a place with no other people. You cannot leave (even to take out garbage).
If you have been vaccinated and have been approved to leave bidud then you can leave while the people who haven't been approved have to stay.
You do a PCR test on Day 1 of bidud (this is in airport). You then have to do a PCR test on day 7 of bidud. This test must be negative and you have to wait for the negative test before leaving.
*I am not an official. This is what I believe are the rules. Maybe Elfrida can help. She is the one who knows the most. (Would be cool of we can tag specific posters).

This is technically the rule, but I'd recommend taking out the garbage between 10 pm and 6 am. At least if you don't have to take an elevator to do so, but IME apartments so high that you can't walk up the stairs have a trash chute on each floor.

It's not difficult; You calculate from the time you landed.

The NBN page linked says 14 days bidud. And actually the paper you received before boarding the flight should also say what day you get out of bidud.
