Leaving aside all other related discussion, what is a current average amount you pay for a house on a frum not Chassidish block in Brooklyn? Please share which neighborhood you're talking about because right now all options are on the table. Looking for at least 4 bedrooms. Thank you.
Also curious if anyone knows how it compares to a frum block in Queens.
By frum block I mean it's important to us that the kids should be able to go outside and find friends independently.

Where I live in KGH, most houses are 3br (you can put another in the basement or attic, depending on the setup) and are asking around 900 now. Anything bigger, detached, etc, is more like 1.2M.
I'm not actually looking for a house, though, so I only know what I see.

Brooklyn is really big.
If you would go to Marine Park, let's say, you could get a 4BR for around 9.
(Though most houses have 3BR on the main BR floor, so a 4th generally means attic / basement).
In the 30s in Flatbush you could get a small 3BR (semi-attached) for like 850. But they're really small.
