Hi!
I have some good stew type meat that I would like to use in a recipe for tonight. Would love to do something in one 9*13 pan. I also have baby potatoes, carrots, rice.
Anyone have a good ideas for spicing it / also how much water to add for the rice, or any other tips?

Toss the beef cubes in flour, salt and pepper. Add chunks of potato, carrot, onion, garlic. Water to come up maybe 3/4 (maybe 3 cups?). Bake at 350 for around 3.5 hours?
